Position Overview

Werkstudent (Student, not yet graduated). Part-time, maximum 20 hours per week, hybrid (remote/office), fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Support the strategic procurement team in preparing and implementing procurement projects, including the creation of management presentations and data analyses.
• Collaborate closely with strategic purchasers to develop and present global commodity strategies, preparing data‑driven decision bases.
• Assist monthly procurement controlling, drive digitalisation of processes, and contribute ideas for efficiency improvements.
• Take responsibility in day‑to‑day tasks such as procuring and evaluating offers, creating total‑cost‑of‑ownership analyses, and maintaining procurement data in SAP.

Qualifications

• Current studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field (ideally with a focus on procurement, supply chain management or controlling).
• Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP and PowerBI is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and digital understanding; interest in strategic procurement processes.
• Structured, independent, solution‑oriented working style; team spirit and high learning willingness.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
