WMS Software & Process Trainer (all genders)

WMS Software Trainer in Logistics based in Berlin. You help Zalando’s international logistics centres master our Warehouse Management System and Operational Processes. As part of the PEX Implementation & Ramp Up team you analyse training needs to build and implement innovative training solutions.

Responsibilities

• Discover software training opportunities for 1000+ key users of our Warehouse Management System; align with business stakeholders and understand user pain points.
• Define and develop efficient training solutions in German and English (additional European languages a plus) to transfer knowledge and encourage further development among end users.
• Execute software and process training on-site at warehouse locations via seminars or interactive webinars, ensuring smooth ramp‑ups of new processes.
• Measure training success and re‑evaluate knowledge demands together with Process Excellence to improve business outcomes and quality.
• Design new training concepts, develop supporting materials, and hold in‑house training sessions.

Qualifications

• Curiosity about WMS and automation processes to understand complex logistics systems and deliver knowledge at scale.
• Strong communication skills with product and process specialists, warehouse managers, and key users.
• Motivation to make impact in an agile business environment, enjoy working with different teams, and be ready to travel up to 50% of the time to deliver on‑site trainings.
