What will you do?

Lead planning, coordination, and implementation of safety, operational excellence, or sustainability projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis, Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and lead safety audits.
Identify improvement areas and raise safety standards to save lives and enhance safety, productivity, and sustainability.
Monitor and present project updates to stakeholders, clients, or team members.
Ensure projects deliver tangible benefits and uphold quality standards.
Set project timelines and monitor deliverables.

Job Requirements

Who are you?

As a German-speaking freelance subject matter expert, you will have a proven track record in coaching and training stakeholders at all levels on complex safety projects. You should hold:

A Master’s degree in Engineering, HSE, or Business.
3-5 years of management consulting experience.
Expertise in operational risk management, operational excellence, or sustainability within Chemical, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Utilities sectors.
Experience managing change and embedding safety culture.
Fluency in English and German.
Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset eager to develop expertise in safety and operations management.
