AG**Reporting & Analytics*** Design, develop, and maintain **Workday custom reports** (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) to meet HR and business needs.* Build and optimize **Workday dashboards** for leaders, HR, and other stakeholders.* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all reports.* Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to translate requirements into actionable Workday reports.* Support compliance reporting, including audits and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, EEO, local labor laws).**Integrations*** Design, build, test, and maintain **Workday integrations** using **EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio**.* Manage and troubleshoot inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems (e.g., payroll providers, benefits platforms, recruiting tools).* Ensure integrations meet security, scalability, and performance requirements.* Work closely with IT and external vendors on integration projects and issue resolution.**System Support & Continuous Improvement*** Provide technical expertise for Workday configuration changes related to reporting and integrations.* Participate in **Workday release testing** and assess impacts on existing reports and integrations.* Document processes, configurations, and integration flows for knowledge sharing.* Identify opportunities for process automation and improved data accessibility.**About BayWa r.e.**BayWa r.e. is the home for change makers.
