Role Overview

As a Workday Talent & Performance Lead, you'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in Talent & Performance domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objectives and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Host workshops and lead discussions on topics in line with your area of expertise, covering both HCM and Compensation functionalities.
• Independently lead your workstream and report on progress.
• Lead diverse teams through implementation, liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations.
• Actively support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple end‑to‑end Workday HCM and Talent & Performance implementation projects from initiation to completion, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Talent & Performance or relevant on‑premise or cloud‑based platforms.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team and client interactions.
• Thrives in a diverse, dynamic environment, meets deadlines despite conflicting demands, and possesses analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Experience

• Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday Talent & Performance workstreams.
• Experience with Workday's Data Migration tools and Security framework.
• Up‑to‑date Workday, HCM / Talent & Performance certifications.
