Our small, mighty HR team (currently 6 members, soon to be 7!) is looking for a talented and highly detail-oriented Working Student to focus on HR Administration and Payroll. We play a crucial role in enabling and empowering our entire product organization to thrive.You'll be stepping into a high-impact role that provides immediate ownership and significant professional growth. YOU WILL BE TAKING CARE OFThis role involves handling core, high-impact administrative tasks that require accuracy and a high level of confidentiality. You will:Streamline travel operations and expense management with accountingHandle employee contracts and confidential paperwork, ensuring all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and properly filedPlay a key role in on- and off-boarding, ensuring surgical accuracy in documentation and systemsBe the bridge, linking the HR team, employees, and external partners (payroll, legal, etc.)Master leave management with complex calculationsDrive data insights and analyze different metricsGuard compliance essentials, conducting crucial check-ups, e.g., on work permits and vacation validity YOU CHECK THESE BOXESExperience in an HR Admin or People Operations roleSolid grasp of HR basics and knowledge of German labor lawFluent EnglishHigh level of accuracy and detail-orientation.
