Description
As a Working Student in our Product Rollout team at osapiens, you will support us by creating high-quality digital materials and contributing to the visual storytelling of our products. This role is perfect for a creative student who is passionate about design, has a strong interest in software products, and is eager to explore digital and event-related content creation tasks to ensure product information is visually engaging, well-documented, and easy to scale.

As we expand our product portfolio, we are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our product rollout activities with a strong focus on visual content creation, presentations, and scalable document management.

Your Responsibilities
Presentation & Visual Design

• Create compelling product visuals, graphics, and mockups for internal and external presentations.
• Design and maintain professional slide decks (mainly in PowerPoint and Figma) for product introductions, rollouts, and customer-facing events.
• Support in visual storytelling to communicate product features and benefits effectively.

Document Management & Scalability

• Organize, structure, and standardize product documentation for easy access and scalability.
• Assist in creating templates, guidelines, and documentation workflows.
• Support in maintaining version control and consistency across rollout materials.

Product Rollout Support

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product communication.
• Conduct quality checks on product-related materials.
• Proactively create high-quality content to support sales and product communication.

Digital Content Creation

• Support the design of digital assets, including thumbnails, online readers, and visuals for internal and external communication.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and guidelines.
• Translate product functionalities into engaging visual content for different stakeholders.

Your Experience

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Communication Design, Media/Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Figma (mandatory).
• Experience with Photoshop; Illustrator is considered a plus (not mandatory).
• Strong interest in software products, product management, and go-to-market activities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong eye for visual composition.
• Fluency in English & German.
• Based in Mannheim.
