As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Working Student in

Communication & Marketing

to join our team and play a pivotal role in promoting financeAds International. This role is key to helping us grow and succeed.

What will keep you challenged?

You will be at the forefront of financeAds International’s digital transformation,

shaping our communication and marketing strategy .

Defining and

leading the overall communication and marketing strategy , ensuring that our brand message is clear, consistent, and impactful across all touchpoints. Strategically positioning the agency in the market , with a particular focus on leveraging AI and digital transformation trends to enhance our competitive advantage. Overseeing the

development of our new website , collaborating with a dedicated agency to ensure its structure, messaging, user experience (UX), and content reflect our company’s values and vision. If you're excited about riding the wave of tech, marketing and innovation, this is your jam. Ensuring continuous

improvement in our branding , especially through high-quality content creation and targeted social media engagement.

You will need to bring a combination of

Strong

leadership

and the ability to

develop high-level communication and marketing strategies . Deep understanding of how to create

strong brand visibility

in the financial sector for a B2B company Expertise in social media management , with the ability to develop engaging content and drive consistent posting across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms. Excellent writing and content creation skills, particularly for blog posts, and social media content. Experience in managing

communication activities around events , including pre-event promotion, organisation, and post-event content. Strong teamwork skills to work across 5 markets (ES and LATAM, FR, IT, NL, UK) and with external partners like agencies.

What is required?

We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

Education:

Currently enrolled in a full-time

Master's degree in Communications and/or Marketing . Being based in Berlin would be a plus. Design Tools:

Experience with Canva, and ideally Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Bonus points if you can make us a meme we can actually laugh at! SEO & Analytics:

Solid understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and of the best practices to improve financeAds International’s online presence. Social Media Management:

Experience with social media management tools such as Planoly, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social to schedule posts and analyze performance. Bonus if you know how to make social media posts go viral. Languages:

Fluent in English (C1 level or above). Proficiency in a second language would be a plus (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch). No need to speak German! Industry Knowledge:

An interest in or knowledge of the FinTech industry and experience with start-ups/scale-ups would be advantageous.
