Your Tasks

Contribute to the further development and optimization of global quality processes and guidelines
Support the documentation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
Conduct research, analyses, and benchmarking to identify opportunities for process improvement
Apply initial knowledge in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma) – beneficial but not required
Confidently use MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as part of your daily work
Collaborate with international teams across North and South America, China, India, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa

Your Profile

Studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business Management, Data Analytics, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, Operations or Quality Management or another relevant technical or business field
Initial experience in project management is a plus but not required
Strong Power BI skills and confident handling of data
Structured, analytical, and independent working style
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Very good English skills for working in an international environment
Interest in global quality topics and in improving existing processes
