As a working student you will be part of the creative and high-performing Talent Search Team, one of three core processes of Netlight. Your main responsibility will be around

active sourcing, university collaborations, events, recruitment

and other processes connected to the growth of Netlight. You will get insights into the whole recruitment process, from the first contact to a world-class onboarding of our new colleague into Netlight. This involves networking, sourcing, project management, internal and external employer branding, and other activities that connect to the long-term sustainable and successful growth of Netlight.
