G2 Esports is looking for a Workplace Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. This is a full time opportunity based in Berlin who will directly report to our Head of People & Culture.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the day-to-day operations of the Berlin office and facilities, ensuring a smooth, organised, and high-quality workplace experience
• Act as the main point of contact for all office- and workspace-related topics for employees, visitors, and external parties
• Manage relationships with service providers, suppliers, including coordination, follow-ups, and issue resolution, included but not limited to our car fleet, tenants, cleaning service and different flats
• Oversee shipping and logistics processes, including HQ ↔ facility deliveries, shipping requests, and customs office pickups when required
• Support other teams with workspace- and logistics-related needs during peak periods (e.g. LEC season, events, media days & special projects)
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, layouts, and workflows to enhance efficiency and employee experience
• Provide hands-on support when needed and take ownership of ad-hoc projects related to office operations and workplace experience
• Plan, order, and organize office supplies, snacks, drinks, and more for our events
• Handle and process confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion, ensuring it is relayed accurately and securely to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders (e.g. mail, emails, documents, …)
• Nice to have / big plus: Support IT-related topics either on first-level support (e.g. hardware setup, troubleshooting etc.) or project management basis

Requirements

• Proven experience in office management, workplace operations, or facilities management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and verbal)
• Hands-on mindset with comfort performing physical tasks when required
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges independently
• Proactive, service-oriented attitude with a high sense of ownership
• Valid Driver’s License in Germany
• Experience in working in a creative, entertainment, esports, or startup environment is a plus
