【Role Overview】 We are seeking an experienced

Lead Interior CAS Modeller

to lead the development of high-quality digital interior models that accurately translate design concepts into production-feasible digital surfaces. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, studio engineers, and project leadership to ensure that design intent is effectively realized through precise digital modeling. You will guide the CAS modelling team throughout the design development process, from early concept phases through to production-ready digital models.

【Key Responsibilities】 Lead the development of high-quality interior CAS digital models with strong attention to proportion, surface quality, and design accuracy Coordinate workload allocation within the modelling team in alignment with studio leadership and project priorities Collaborate closely with interior designers, CAS modellers, and studio engineering teams to ensure alignment between design intent and technical feasibility Oversee the creation and refinement of interior Class-A / CAS digital surface models Ensure digital models accurately represent and communicate design intent throughout the development process Provide constructive feedback and guidance to modelling team members on surfacing, proportions, and aesthetics Support design reviews by preparing and presenting digital models at key project milestones Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital modelling workflows and best practices Ensure modelling deliverables meet required quality standards, technical feasibility, and project timelines Facilitate cross-functional review sessions and workshops with design and engineering teams Mentor and support CAS modellers through knowledge sharing and professional development

【Qualifications & Experience】 Degree in

Transportation Design, Industrial Design, Engineering , or a related discipline Significant experience in

automotive digital modelling , including experience in a coordination or leadership capacity Strong understanding of

automotive design development processes , from concept to production Advanced expertise in digital modelling tools such as

Alias ,

Blender ,

VRED , or comparable software Strong ability to interpret and translate design sketches and concepts into high-quality 3D surfaces Excellent collaboration and communication skills when working with multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects within defined timelines Professional working proficiency in
