About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editor to produce dynamic and captivating content for our 3 YouTube channels—David Laroche FR, Paradox Sans Filtre, and Paradox Business—across Dubai, Lisbon, and remote. French and English fluency is required.

Key Responsibilities

Produce 1 authoritative educational face‑cam video monthly for David Laroche FR, embedding music, animations, and b‑roll to simplify complex ideas.
Edit 2 celebrity/expert interviews monthly for Paradox Sans Filtre and 1 CEO/expert interview for Paradox Business, focusing on smooth audio mixes and multicam video.
Craft Hollywood‑style trailers to hook viewers for each interview.
Drive brainstorming sessions, bringing proactive and original ideas to the table.
Adhere to specific standards and checklists to guarantee Netflix or cinema‑level quality.

Experience & Qualifications

+2 years of YouTube video editing experience, capable of independently tackling complex editing challenges across various software platforms.
Adobe Premiere Pro mastery with solid knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and After Effects.
Experience editing long videos and short social‑media videos.
Experience creating animations in videos—motion design is a real plus.
