As Assistant Store Manager, you connect people, performance, and processes. You lead teams, develop talent, and make sure commercial goals come alive in everyday operations. You know that a successful store thrives where leadership provides direction and motivation drives impact. You keep an eye on sales, service, and store atmosphere – all at the same time.

Together with the Store Manager, you make decisions, set priorities, and push the store forward every day. Your impact is visible everywhere – in the team, on the floor, and in the numbers.
