We are recruiting for a ZFA/Dental Assistant to join one of the largest orthodontic clinics in Europe, this is a great opportunity to join a growing business within their Dusseldorf clinic.

As a dental assistant, you are an important part of the team and will contribute significantly to the satisfaction of patients.

Your main tasks will include:

• Scheduling appointments, patient registration, and preparing treatment rooms.
• Preparing instruments and supporting during treatments.
• Cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing instruments and work areas according to hygiene standards.
• Maintaining patient records, ordering materials, and billing.
• Conveying aftercare instructions and oral hygiene tips.
• Taking X-rays and maintaining dental equipment.

Skills:

• Experience within a Dental Assistant (ZFA) role.
• Good German skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience in chairside assistance and handling dental instruments.
• Empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
