ATN is partnered with a globally recognised Tier 1 automotive supplier in its keen search for an experienced Test Manager for Infotainment Systems.

This is a hybrid working role to be based in Unterschleißheim, near Munich, Germany.

Salary: 100-130k depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the validation and testing of core IVI (In‑Vehicle Infotainment) functions across multi‑ECU systems
Manage, mentor, and grow a technical team, set priorities, and foster collaboration
Coordinate external test service providers and ensure delivery of test milestones
Analyze and verify automotive communication protocols, including CAN, LIN, MOST, and Ethernet
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and dSPACE AutomationDesk
Plan and execute tests in diverse environments, including HIL (Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop) systems
Utilise industry‑standard tools: Vector CANoe/CANalyzer, Wireshark, dSPACE
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) for continuous integration testing
Support homologation and certification processes (EMC, RED, UN‑R10, FCC/CE, Google xTS, Apple MFi)
Communicate complex technical issues effectively to customers, management, and development teams

Candidate Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Hands‑on experience with system integration testing for infotainment systems
Proven experience managing a team of system validation and test professionals on a disciplinary level
Solid expertise in IVI function validation and multi‑ECU systems
Deep understanding of automotive bus systems, diagnostics, and infotainment architectures
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English; German is a plus
