Our business consists of two key elements — Business Process Design & Digital Products Building. → Business Process Design: In the past 20 years, we have worked with our customers on several dozens of international projects around the globe. Our customers: Mercedes-Benz Group AG, BoschRexroth, Fendt, Roche, Kemira, Pentair, BW FuhrparkService, Ströer and other. → Digital Products Building: We build our own digital Commercial Projects & Start-ups*, scale and make them profitable. Using the industry-proven methods “Lean Startup” and “Design Sprint”, we've developed a highly optimized working process that brings results in just a few weeks. *Online Platforms & Marketplaces We build marketplaces that meet the expectations of users to increase conversion rates and trigger network effects. For example, the Start-Up and Online Platform MyCleaner was built & scaled by us. The service was bookable in all major cities of Germany. The platform’s annual turnover for 2019 was approximately 2.5 million euros and is break-even in operational business. *Mobile Applications & Chatbots We build mobile apps and chatbots with our external cross-functional team — from product ideation all the way to scale. For example, we built a Chatbot and an App Clea N. that has over 16,000 premium users in 52 countries around the world. And we made the project profitable just a few months after its release. *E-Commerce Solutions Together with our E-Commerce external experts, we build E-Commerce solutions of varying complexity, from fairly standard to very complex, depending on our and our customer's requirements.
