Job Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Consultant with initial experience or academic knowledge in SAP Controlling and basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA, eager to support multiple ongoing projects and grow in SAP consulting.

Job Title: Junior Consultant – Controlling (CO)
Modules: Controlling (Overhead Controlling, Product Costing, Margin Analysis)
Location: Remote (Europe-based preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the configuration and testing of SAP Controlling processes with a focus on Overhead Controlling, Product Costing, and Margin Analysis.
• Support senior consultants in workshops, help gather requirements, and prepare solution documentation.
• Participate in data migration, testing, and preparation of end-user documentation.
• Actively collaborate in remote international teams and attend online client meetings.
• Help create training materials and share knowledge within the team.
• Continuously develop your expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Initial knowledge and experience with SAP Controlling (internships, academic projects, or junior roles), preferably in Overhead Controlling, Product Costing, or Margin Analysis.
• Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance / Controlling.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), German nice to have
• Analytical mindset with a strong desire to grow in SAP consulting.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in remote, multicultural teams.
