Responsibilities

Reporting & Analysis
- Preparation of regular reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for Sales, Management, and related Departments
- Analysis of turnover, sales volume, and contribution margin developments on project, customer, product, and regional levels
- Conducting target/actual comparisons, analysing deviations and deriving recommended actions
Planning & Forecasting
- Participation in annual sales planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Coordination of sales targets and monitoring of target achievement
- Execution of trend and scenario analyses to support sales management
System Support & Data Quality
- Ensuring and maintaining data quality in ERP and CRM systems
- Supporting the further development of reporting and controlling tools
- Cooperation with IT and data management to optimise the sales database
Sales Support & Projects
- Preparation of presentations, sales meetings and management briefings
- Supporting pricing, conditions and sales strategies through solid data analysis
- Participation in projects aimed to increase efficiency and digitalisation in sales

Profile and Skills

Successfully completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Sales or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in (Sales) Controlling or a similar function
In-depth knowledge in MS Excel as well as experience with BI-tools, ERP and CRM systems
Excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with high accuracy and quality awareness
Strong communication and teamwork skills
