What Awaits You

At 1912 Hotels, you will become part of an entrepreneurial and rapidly growing European hotel company.

You can expect:

A broad Finance position covering both controlling and treasury
Direct cooperation with the CFO and senior management
Responsibility across an international hotel portfolio
Close interaction with our General Managers and hotel teams
Exposure to hotel operations, commercial performance and financial management
Involvement in new hotel openings, takeovers and strategic projects
The opportunity to actively develop our controlling, treasury and reporting structures
Short decision-making processes and significant individual responsibility
International exposure across our European portfolio
The flexibility to be based in Hamburg, Vienna or Marbella

The Way We Work

Finance at 1912 Hotels is not a back-office reporting function.

We expect our Finance team to understand the business behind the numbers. That means looking at a hotel P&L and understanding what is happening operationally, challenging forecasts when assumptions do not make sense and maintaining a clear view of how financial performance translates into cash.

You may spend one day analysing why a hotel’s payroll or operating costs are above forecast, the next reviewing liquidity requirements across the portfolio and another supporting the financial setup of a new hotel.

We expect you to take ownership, ask questions and follow topics through to resolution.

If something does not make sense, investigate it.

If you identify a risk, make it visible.

And if you see an opportunity to improve financial performance or cash flow, help us turn it into action.

Why 1912 Hotels?

You will join a Finance organisation that is developing alongside a growing international hotel portfolio.

The position gives you exposure beyond traditional controlling: from hotel performance and forecasting to liquidity, treasury and new hotel projects.

For someone who understands hotels, enjoys working with numbers and wants to take broader financial responsibility, this is an opportunity to have a visible impact on how our business performs and grows.

Join us in Hamburg, Vienna or Marbella and become part of the Finance team behind 1912 Hotels.
