Overview

In this role you lead and grow training initiatives for clients, partners and internal teams. You will shape training experiences from concept to delivery, delivering measurable value and acting as a strategic pillar for growth. You will collaborate across Account Management, Business Development and expert networks to evolve training offerings. You drive end-to-end delivery with clear stakeholder alignment and a focus on impact, quality and continuous improvement.

Act as primary training contact for selected clients
Design and develop learning journeys and programs
Own end-to-end delivery including timelines, budgets and resources
Ensure high-quality content, facilitation and participant experience
Identify opportunities to expand training within existing accounts
Support proposal development and pitching of new training initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with client strategies
Monitor feedback and drive continuous improvement
