Задачи:

You create scalable lifecycle flows in HubSpot, from partner onboarding to churn prevention, extending them to the B2C lifecycle of end customers in white-label partnerships. You turn reporting and dashboards (Metabase, HubSpot) into real management tools: you drive the shift from cost per lead to cost per revenue. You create partner segments based on clear logic rather than gut feeling, so that retention and growth measures are targeted rather than across the board. As a sparring partner for Digital Product, you bring together the website, portals and shop flows, and ensure that all marketing deliverables are ready for product go-lives. Together with RevOps, you ensure that data flows, attribution and CRM data quality provide a reliable basis for decision-making. You have end-to-end responsibility for the Alteos website (Webflow), including its technical SEO/AEO structure. You support the planning of partner-related communications and contribute to budget planning.

Требования:

At least 5 years of experience in retention, acquisition and lifecycle marketing at the intersection of B2B and B2C, with a background in CRM, SEO/AEO, strategy and start-ups. You have independently built and scaled lifecycle/CRM flows in HubSpot or a comparable tool, ideally in a partnership business. Strong data affinity: you build and read dashboards, define KPIs and make data-based decisions (Excel, SQL, Google Analytics; Metabase is a plus). Experience independently managing a website or CMS (Webflow ideally) and being responsible for a marketing or CRM budget. Experience with Asana or a comparable project management tool for managing initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. You communicate effectively across functions with Sales, Product, Operations and Content, even without formal authority, and enjoy taking responsibility for your area. Будет плюсом: Experience in insurance, InsurTech, FinTech or other regulated B2B industries, as well as with attribution models and paid media, is a plus
