Co-Founder & Chief Commercial and Financial Officer (CCFO) – ARPOSO Biotech

ARPOSO Biotech is a FoodTech & Biotech startup from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), developing an edible coating technology that extends the shelf life of fresh fruits, vegetables, and flowers while reducing food waste and replacing plastic packaging.

Our technology has shown up to 3× shelf-life extension for selected products and has been recognized by the TUM IDEAward, EIT Food’s “Most Innovative Solution” Award, and EXIST funding. We are now moving from validation to commercialization.

The Role

We are looking for a Co-Founder & CCFO to lead all commercial and financial activities and build ARPOSO with us from an early stage.

Go-to-market & commercial strategy
Support overall company building as a founding member
Master’s / MBA / PhD in Business, Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or related field
5+ years of experience in VC, startups, consulting, corporate innovation, or business development
Proven experience in fundraising or scaling commercial activities
Fluent in German & English
Based in Munich/Freising or willing to relocate
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution focus
Co-founder equity (to be defined together)
EXIST-funded startup with strong IP and validation
