At our site in Wertheim, Germany, we are looking for a

Product & Technology Lead Operator “Software” (m/w/d)

Leadership (functional as well as disciplinary) of the Software Development team
Definition, prioritization and management of software content (role of Software Product Owner)
Setup, maintenance and development (e.g. Roadmapping) of strategic software product portfolio across the entire product lifecycle
Derivation of software product requirements based on market and customer needs and the product and / or user experience
Planning, coordination and responsibility for software releases and product launches, including close collaboration with other departments (e.g. with hardware, sales, service…)

The requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or a related degree
Several years of experience in developing (high-level programming language, especially C#), implementation and operation of software products (Idea – Launch – Operation – Obsolescence)
Experienced in leading agile software development teams (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and managing their planning and workflows using ALM Tools (e.g. Azure DevOps)
Structured, analytical, and strategic approach to work, combined with strong communication skills
Willingness to travel regularly to visit customers and partners on-site
