You will also be responsible for the pre-selection of the most promising candidates for our selection process and will oversee the preparation, execution and follow-up of our assessment days.
You give free rein to your creativity in conceptualising, planning and executing our campus activities and (flagship) recruiting events, and collaborate with your team colleagues to develop strategies and concepts to further advance our fulltime hiring.
With your communicative and approachable manner, you also support our internal consultants with all recruiting-related queries.
To make our recruiting success measurable, you regularly prepare analyses along the Talent Journey and present these to your key stakeholders.

You are creative, have a sense of humour and impress with a warm and positive presence.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

You hold a successfully completed university degree in business administration, social sciences or law, ideally with a focus on human resources management.
