Cooperation Formats

1. Business Partner / Corporate Partner

We are looking for a lawyer who will:

Become part of the strategic development of Blue Card Agency
Lead the legal division and a team of 10 experts
Manage and coordinate legal cases
Contribute to building internal processes and legal strategy

A partnership format with equity participation in Blue Card Agency is possible.

2. Of Counsel / Freelance Cooperation

We are looking for an independent lawyer in close, ongoing collaboration with BCA. We are ready to provide:

A steady stream of legal clients
Migration and immigration cases
Client support and coordination tasks
Legal consultations and procedural work

We are committed to long‑term, daily cooperation with consistent interaction.

What We Are Looking For

Volljurist with a law degree obtained in Germany
Independent practitioner — not a law firm or agency
Based in Germany
Fluent in German and Russian — required
English is a plus
At least 1 year of experience in immigration law (Ausländerrecht)
We also welcome junior specialists with a relevant focus and strong motivation to grow in migration law.
