Your Impact

As our Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you own performance marketing end-to-end: Google Ads and Meta Ads that turn budget into qualified homeowner leads. and act as a hands-on force multiplier across events, PR, social, and sales enablement. You work closely across Growth, Sales and Product and our first Marketing FTE.

Own and scale our Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts end-to-end - strategy, budget allocation, creative testing, and continuous optimization against CAC and pipeline targets.
Build and maintain landing pages and conversion tracking, so every euro of spend is measurable back to signed projects, not just clicks or impressions.
Live in the numbers: build your own reporting, connect marketing spend directly to sales revenue, and be ready to defend or change course based on what the data shows.
Bring a strong bias to action and a KPI-driven mindset - launch tests quickly, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.
Get hands-on wherever the team needs it - organizing trade fairs and events, supporting PR outreach, running social media marketing, and producing sales materials for the field team.
Accept being measured the way we measure ourselves: on a blend of marketing performance and sales revenue outcomes, not marketing metrics in isolation.
