We design, produce, distribute and promote “must have” items that appeal to young and old alike. A collectibles promotion is created in strategic partnership with our customers. Based upon their marketing strategy and briefing, our involvement begins at the drawing board, ends on the shop‑floor, and seeks to turn kids and families into brand conscious shoppers.

As Graphic Designer

As Graphic Designer, you will work at the intersection of creativity and execution. You will support the development of loyalty and collectibles campaigns, prepare compelling sales presentations, create print‑ready artwork, and coordinate closely with internal teams and production partners. You enjoy both the creative and technical side of design: developing strong visuals, refining presentations, checking artwork files, and making sure products are produced exactly as intended.

Your responsibilities with us

Create visually engaging presentations for pitches, client meetings, and sales opportunities
Design packaging, promotional materials, POS assets, and campaign visuals
Prepare, review, and finalize print‑ready artwork and production files
Support concept development and visual storytelling for loyalty and collectibles programs
Translate strategic and commercial objectives into impactful design solutions
Ensure brand consistency and high‑quality execution across all deliverables
Collaborate closely with all stakeholders on international projects
Leverage AI‑powered creative tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, visual development, presentation creation, and production processes

What you bring with you

At least 3+ years of experience in graphic design, packaging design, production design, or a similar creative role
Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Excellent PowerPoint skills and experience creating client‑facing presentations
Solid understanding of print production processes, artwork preparation, and packaging design
Strong eye for detail and quality control
Ability to balance creativity with practical execution
Comfortable working in an international, fast‑paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and ownership mentality
Experience in retail, FMCG, promotions, packaging, or shopper marketing is a plus
Experience with 3D visualization, motion design, or digital design is a plus
Practical experience working with AI‑supported creative tools and workflows (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Claude, ChatGPT or similar)
Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and AI‑assisted design processes
Excellent written and spoken English skills required; Dutch and/or German language skills are a strong advantage, with additional European languages considered a plus
Willingness to travel for client meetings as required
