Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) – DACH Expansion

Location: Hamburg, Berlin, or our Headquarters in Copenhagen – hybrid

Employment type: Full-time, permanent

Why This Role Is Different

We're opening the German market, and you'll be the one who starts the conversations. As one of Caliber's first commercial hires dedicated to Germany, you won't just work a playbook – you'll help write it. You'll work directly with our VP of Sales (DACH), and be backed by our sales, marketing and leadership teams in Copenhagen.

About Caliber

Caliber is a stakeholder intelligence company. We help leading organizations understand the people who matter most to them – customers, employees, investors and the public – so they can protect and grow their brand, reputation and business. Our platform is always on, AI-powered and grounded in real data. Some of our customers include Airbus, Boehringer Ingelheim, Henkel, Swisscom, Siemens Healthineers, and E.ON.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Copenhagen, we conduct thousands of stakeholder interviews every day across 50+ countries. We are a team of 19 nationalities, our corporate language is English, and we enjoy celebrating wins together.

What You'll Do

Research and map target accounts among Germany’s largest companies, and identify the HR, Marketing, Communications and People leaders who own reputation and stakeholder insight.
Run multichannel outbound – LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequences and cold calls – in German and English.
Book and run first discovery meetings to qualify prospects, then hand over to the wider sales team for demos and later-stage conversations.
Test what works and feed it back: help build our German messaging, targeting and outbound playbook together with Sales, Marketing and Leadership.
Keep your pipeline clean and visible in our CRM.

Success in this role looks like…

You are building a healthy pipeline across Germany and the wider DACH region.
You consistently book high-quality meetings with senior decision-makers and hit or exceed your pipeline targets.
You run your outbound campaigns independently and know our offering and competitive landscape inside out.

Your Profile

At least 1 year in a Sales Development (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role, with a track record of outbound prospecting and booking qualified meetings.
Fluent in German.
Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools.
Curious, organized, resilient and coachable – you enjoy building something new.
Based in Hamburg, Berlin, or our Headquarters in Copenhagen.

Nice to have:

Experience selling to HR, Marketing, Communications or People functions
Experience prospecting into large companies and the confidence to talk to senior executives
A background/interest in SaaS, data, research or insights.

What We Offer

A competitive salary and strong commission plan.
An impact in how we build the German market – your ideas will shape the playbook.
A clear development path, and opportunity to join a growing company at the ground floor.
Hybrid, flexible working schedule
Hardware setup including laptop and iPhone.
Collaboration with an international team in a fast-growing scale-up.
