Nopriorindustryexperience isrequired; Experience from hospitality, gastronomy, retail,or othercustomer-facing background is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and German, or English and another European language (e.g.Spanish, French, or Italian).
Strong organizational skillsandattention to detail.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, resilience, anda strong desireto achieve and exceed targets.
Interestin sales, business development, and building relationships with prospective clients.
Identifyandgeneratenewbusinessopportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Qualify prospective customers and schedule meetings forthesales team, with a focus on companieswithin the financial services and bankingsectors.
Conductmarket and prospectresearchtoidentifypotential clients and understand their business needs, with a focus on the banking sector.
Maintainaccuraterecords in the CRM system, to ensurealllead and prospect information is up to date.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to support pipeline growth.
Trackindividual performance metrics (KPIs) and contribute to the achievement of team targets andobjectives.
Develop a solid understanding of the company’s products and value proposition to effectivelyengageprospective clients.
