Financial Services Legal Consultant

We are hiring Financial Services Legal Consultants.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in general banking, regulatory compliance, or banking finance areas.
In‑house legal experience preferred (directly or as a secondee) but not essential.
Strong commercial understanding and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders, providing commercially tailored advice.

Responsibilities

Work with and advise business clients directly, providing guidance and practical solutions in relation to banking matters.
Support legal matters, including legal/regulatory advice and contract drafting/reviewing across the spectrum of practice areas within investment banks.
Analyze new business initiatives and new products/services from a legal perspective when required.
Proactively monitor and ensure compliance with domestic and international legal requirements, promoting compliance culture and awareness within the business.
