Agentic Acquisition Specialist - High-Tech

Remote, United States

Eightfold was founded with a vision to solve for employment in our society. For decades, the connection between individuals and opportunities has been based on who the individuals are and the strength of their network, not their potential. Eightfold leverages artificial intelligence to transform how to think about skills and capabilities for individuals as well as how jobs and career decisions are made. Eightfold offers the industry's first AI-powered Talent Intelligence Platform to transform how organizations plan, hire, develop and retain a diverse workforce, enabling individuals to transform their career.

To date, Eightfold AI has received more than $410M in funding (valuation of $2.1B) from leading investors to further our mission of finding the right career for everyone in the world. If you are passionate about solving one of the most fundamental challenges of our society - employment, working on hard business problems and being part of an amazing growth story - Eightfold is the place to be!

Why This Role is Different

This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue while helping shape one of Eightfold's most strategic global partnerships. As one of our first industry-focused Agentic Acquisition Specialists dedicated to the High-Tech vertical, you will work closely with our Partner team and strategic partner account teams to accelerate customer acquisition, refine repeatable co-sell motions, and help establish the playbooks that will scale this business globally.

Own your vertical - build deep expertise in High-Tech rather than spreading thin across industries

AI-native company - we built our entire platform on AI from day one; you will sell from a position of authentic technical leadership

Partner ecosystem advantage - work in tandem with a major enterprise software partner's field teams to open doors and accelerate deals

Ground floor opportunity - help build the playbook for growing Eightfold's agentic AI business within the High-Tech industry

Learn from AI experts - work alongside data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers pushing the boundaries of what's possible

About the Role

High-Tech companies move fast and compete fiercely for a limited pool of technical talent. Engineering shortages, skills-based hiring at scale, internal mobility for technical roles, and retaining top performers in hyper-competitive talent markets are defining challenges for software, hardware, and technology companies today. Eightfold's agentic AI solutions are purpose-built to help High-Tech organizations hire smarter, develop skills faster, and build the workforce their business demands.

As an Agentic Acquisition Specialist, you will own the High-Tech vertical and hunt net new enterprise accounts while co-selling alongside a major enterprise software partner's account teams. You will bring Eightfold's agentic AI solutions into accounts already investing in enterprise technology transformation, positioning our products as the AI-native layer that makes their existing investments smarter.
