We are looking for an experienced Dual site store manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a flagship retail environment in Stuttgart city center and Breuninger concession. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining commercial performance, team development, client experience and operational excellence .

The Role:

Lead and motivate the store team, driving performance through clear targets and KPIs.
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high standards across customer experience, presentation and processes.
Recruit, train, coach and develop the team, including scheduling and workforce planning.
Manage stock, inventory, replenishment and loss prevention.
Maintain strong visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
Build strong relationships with customers and support local events and community initiatives.
Monitor sales performance and reporting, taking action to maximise commercial results.

About You:

3+ years of experience in a retail management position .
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, positive and coaching-oriented approach.
Commercially driven, with a proven understanding of KPIs, targets and sales performance .
Highly organised, reliable and customer-focused.
Fluent in English and Dutch .
Comfortable using retail technology and reporting tools.
Available to work 40 hours per week, including one weekend day .
