Professional knowledge and skills

Completed studies, ideally in an electrotechnical / electronic field
Several years of professional experience (at least three to five years) in project management
Analytical thinking
Entrepreneurial thinking
Ability to work in a team & resilience
Willingness to travel & flexibility
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
Technological analysis & scouting: Investigation and evaluation of new business areas in the fields of photovoltaics, e-mobility and wind energy
Concept and prototype development
Programming & automation: Development of tools, interfaces and smaller software features to optimize internal processes and product functions
Interface function: Supporting sales and management in translating technical possibilities into marketable products and solutions
Project management: responsibility for innovation projects from the idea phase to market launch
Digitalization and automation: Identification and implementation of measures for internal process digitalization
Market observation and presence: participation in trade fairs and relevant events
Cooperation in close coordination with development, project management and product management
