Experience in requirements management, including documenting and maintaining both functional and non-functional business requirements, as well as UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) specifications.
Experience applying requirements analysis methodologies using Agile, Scrum, and/or Lean frameworks to capture business needs and define objectives, goals, and expected outcomes.
Experience in business process modeling, including documenting workflows using swim lane diagrams, entity diagrams, and process flow diagrams, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Visio.
Experience performing Quality Assurance (QA) analysis, including testing, validating, and ensuring requirements meet business and system expectations.
Experience in data analysis using tools and technologies such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel to support business decision-making.
Strong problem-solving skills, with experience identifying, analyzing, and defining business problems and contributing to the development and implementation of effective solutions.
Experience inadditional process improvement and analysis methodologies such as IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis), Six Sigma, and AIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control).
Experience using test automation tools, including Selenium, Subject7, and/or Mabl, to support testing and validation processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
