Finext is a Digital Finance Advisory firm founded in Delft, The Netherlands, in 1999. We call this Digital Finance Architecture.

We work with more than 100 professionals across the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Scandinavia. Our clients are organizations with real financial complexity. typically with revenues between €500M and €5B, that want to move forward and understand that clear direction is essential to get there.

At Finext, there are no managers telling you what to do. There is trust as a starting point, and the expectation that you take ownership of your work. No micromanagement, no corporate politics. Just talented people doing what they are genuinely good at, and being challenged to become even better.

We invest in our people without limits. Through our Rise Up program, every professional gets the development that fits them, in finance expertise, personal leadership, and career growth. Because we believe in one thing above all: no one size fits nobody.
