Professional guidance and development of (junior and mid-level) team members
Building long‑term, trusting customer relationships

Operational Management & Implementation

Planning and execution of social media and influencer campaigns (organic and paid)
Influencer Booking (Research, Selection, Outreach, and Negotiation)
Management and support of influencers and creators throughout the entire campaign cycle
Management of internal teams (creative, performance, etc.) and external partners
Coordination of Community Management
Reliable management of timelines, budgets, and resources across all projects
Independent management of campaigns and ongoing initiatives
Preparing and managing quotes, as well as overseeing billing and invoicing processes
Ensuring a consistently high level of implementation quality across all initiatives

Your Profile

At least 4–5 years of experience in social media consulting at an agency (required)
Proven experience in customer acquisition and strategic consulting
Experience in influencer marketing, including booking and managing creators
Excellent knowledge of all relevant platforms
Extensive expertise in paid social media
A strong understanding of content, target audiences, and brand management
Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A strong understanding of project management, budget responsibility, and economic relationships
Experience in preparing proposals, controlling, and billing
Excellent command of German and English
