Build out strategy for horizontal and vertical scaling, identifying which concepts to scale wide versus deeper.

What we’re looking for in you:

3+ years in performance, growth, or creative strategy in a high-growth or ecommerce environment.
Track record of developing creative that scaled spend and drove meaningful revenue growth.
Hands-on experience creating or directing ads, understanding hooks, pacing, and conversion psychology.
