About WAHTS

WAHTS is an Amsterdam-based menswear brand founded in 2012, built around Hybrid Menswear: clothing that blends the refinement of luxury menswear with the ease of contemporary sportswear.

The brand is sold through its own channels and a selected base of premium men's fashion retailers across Europe.

We are now expanding the wholesale business in Germany and Austriaand are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead it.

This is a senior role for someone who already has the network. We are looking for a candidate who can open the right doors from day one and who is genuinely happy to spend time on the road with their accounts.

What you will do

Own the WAHTS wholesale business in Germany and Austria: turnover, sell-through and profitability
Build and develop the door base, from premium independents to department stores, and open new accounts that fit the brand
Run the full seasonal cycle: pre-season sell-in, showroom and trade fair appointments, in-season reorders and NOOS replenishment
Build door-level assortments and size curves rather than selling one list to everyone
Manage sell-through actively with your accounts, and use the data to drive repeat business instead of only pre-season orders
Own the order book: forecasting, delivery follow-up, cancellations and clean order intake
Support partners in-store with product training, visual merchandising and joint marketing
Work with finance on payment terms and credit discipline
Represent WAHTS at trade fairs and in the market

What you bring

A strong, active network in premium fashion retail in Germany & Austria. This is the first requirement, not a nice to have
Genuine willingness to travel. The territory is covered on the road, with regular trade fair and showroom weeks on top
Five years or more in wholesale or account management in premium apparel, ideally menswear, at a level where you carried your own market
A commercial, numbers-driven approach: you are comfortable working with sell-through, margin and order book data
The credibility to sell a premium brand on product and positioning, not on discount
German at native level and fluent English
Driving license

What we offer

The chance to build a brand in a market with real ownership and short decision lines
A premium product with a clear identity and international retail credibility
Competitive salary with performance-related bonus, company car or car allowance
The backing of an established international wholesale organization
