Tasks

Working in and as part of a team of experts
Conducting personal training sessions and classes
Creating and performing physical assessments (using tools like force plates)
Assessing mental and emotional wellbeing
Analyzing assessment data and setting goals with clients
Creating training plans , schedules, recommendations based on data
Guiding clients through their journey at HAGIUS
Observing the progress made by clients
Gathering feedback from clients and trainers
Fine-tuning plans depending on progress and assessment data
Ensuring flow of information to the necessary team members

Requirements

Interest in the tasks above
Passion for data-driven fitness guidance
Ability to work as a team player in a team of experts
High-quality education in sports science (University Degree or comparable education)
At least one year of work experience in the field of data-driven training
