This role supports configuration management in the area of technical test systems and development-related documentation. The focus is on data consistency, document control and the structured administration of technical information.

Your tasks

Upload documents and review records into document management systems
Maintain document sets and technical records in relevant configuration tools
Check drawings and documents for formal correctness, completeness and consistency
Ensure reliable data control, distribution and structured document handling
Create and maintain document number lists, templates and related standards
Support requirement documentation, verification records and technical manuals

Your profile

Degree in engineering or a comparable technical field, alternatively technician or master qualification
Several years of experience in configuration management or technical documentation
Strong MS Office skills and experience with configuration tools such as PDM, SVN or Git
Understanding of documented information, technical drawings and formal documentation standards
Independent, structured and reliable working style combined with strong teamwork skills
Business fluent German and advanced English
