Sales Specialist (German speaking) (m/w/d)

TechStrive is a digital marketing agency specialising in Google Ads, SEO and digital solutions, working primarily with customers in the medical, pharmaceutical and health sector.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist with experience in selling digital marketing services.

Responsibilities

Identify and research new potential customers in the health, medical and pharma sector.
Execute cold outreach campaigns via telephone, email and LinkedIn.
Develop and optimise sales funnels to convert prospects into paying customers.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
Create compelling proposals and present the value of our services to prospects.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing services (Google Ads, SEO, etc.).
Proven experience in closing deals and generating leads.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Experience developing sales funnels and client acquisition.
Ability to work independently and bring proactive ideas to the sales process.
