Reporting to: Head of Marketing

A bit about us

We’re Hyve - organiser of the world’s fastest-growing and most forward-thinking B2B events. As the chosen event partner to many of the world’s leading companies, our platforms play a critical role in their strategies - helping them enter new markets, accelerate growth and connect with the people who matter most.

Our portfolio features some of the world’s leading events in sectors like ecommerce, healthcare, edtech, and fintech. We’re growing fast with an entrepreneurial culture that empowers big ideas and quick action, plus an ambitious acquisition strategy bringing exciting new events into our mix.

Alongside our market-leading events, we’re building tech and data-driven products that supercharge connections – from one‑to‑one meeting programs and curated table talks to year-round engagement platforms.

Whatever your role, you’ll join a global team redefining how industries connect, collaborate, and grow – working with some of the most talented people in the business.

Think that sounds good? Wait until our talent acquisition team tells you about the culture.

A bit about you

First things first: whatever your background, beliefs or ambitions, there’s a culture of belonging at Hyve — and everyone is welcome. The question isn’t where you’ve come from, but where you want to go.

You’ll thrive here if you’re curious, collaborative and not afraid to challenge convention. We look for people who take pride in what they do, who are excited by change and always moving forward. The kind of people who stay open, keep learning, and look for better ways to make an impact.

Our shared behaviours guide how we work: we dare to do things differently, own our work, embrace collaboration, stay true to ourselves and others, and remember that optimism wins.

If that sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.

The bit about the role

We're looking for a creative, strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join the CWIEME Berlin team, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

You’ll take ownership of two key areas: developing and managing the organic social media strategy for CWIEME Berlin and Grid Delivery Summit, and leading the visitor marketing strategy for the launch of Grid Delivery Summit in 2027.

You’ll play an important role in strengthening our digital brand presence, growing engaged industry communities and developing targeted, multi-channel campaigns that attract senior decision-makers across the transmission and distribution sector.

Combining strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, you'll bring fresh ideas, use data to inform decisions and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive audience growth, engagement and measurable results.

Organic social media strategy and brand growth

Develop, own and implement the organic social media strategy for CWIEME Berlin and Grid Delivery Summit, ensuring activity supports brand awareness, audience engagement and wider business objectives.
Create and manage strategic social media content plans and calendars, delivering consistent, engaging and audience-focused content across relevant platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
Work closely with content, creative and commercial teams to develop compelling social media campaigns that communicate the value of our events and strengthen our position within the industry.
Work closely with the paid media team to ensure paid campaigns are strategically aligned and integrated with the organic social media strategy, maximising reach, engagement and campaign performance.
Identify opportunities to grow our digital communities, strengthen industry relationships and increase organic reach.
Bring creativity and fresh thinking to social media content, identifying new formats, trends and opportunities to improve engagement and extend brand reach.
Analyse social media performance and audience insights to continually improve content effectiveness and engagement.

Grid Delivery Summit visitor marketing and audience acquisition

Develop and manage the visitor marketing strategy and campaign plan for Grid Delivery Summit 2027, driving delegate registrations and attendance.
Plan and deliver targeted, multi‑channel campaigns to engage new audiences across utilities, TSOs, DSOs, EPCs and the wider grid infrastructure sector.
Identify and develop new audience segments and acquisition opportunities, using market research, audience profiling and data insights to inform marketing activity.
Work closely with the Head of Marketing, content and commercial teams to develop compelling, benefit‑led messaging that clearly communicates the value of attending Grid Delivery Summit.
Plan and manage integrated visitor acquisition campaigns across email, digital, social media, partnerships and other relevant channels to drive registrations and attendance.
Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs, optimising activity to maximise conversions and achieve attendance targets.

Strategic planning, performance and stakeholder management

Translate wider business objectives into clear marketing strategies, actionable campaign plans and measurable KPIs.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders ensuring collaboration and alignment across marketing activity.
Manage multiple marketing projects and campaign timelines simultaneously, ensuring activity is delivered effectively, on time and in line with business priorities.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing performance, introduce new ideas and support the continued growth of the CWIEME Berlin portfolio.

And here's what we're looking for from you:

Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally within the events industry.
Strong experience developing organic social media strategies, managing content and growing engaged professional communities.
Experience planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on audience acquisition and conversion.
A strategic and creative mindset, with the ability to turn ideas into effective marketing activity.
A data‑driven, commercially focused approach with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
A proactive, collaborative attitude with strong communication skills and the confidence to take ownership.
Experience in paid media is a plus but not essential.

We're looking for someone who brings energy, creativity and ambition, and is excited by the opportunity to grow established brands while helping launch a new industry platform.
