Your Tasks

Craft innovative interfaces within agile projects that resonate with users and drive engagement
Participate in workshops and contribute to capture ideas and requirements for digital products and services
Stay updated on digital trends, infusing your designs with modern interfaces and fresh ideas that inspire
Share your expertise within the team regularly, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration

Your Profile

1-3 years of professional experience in crafting user-centered interfaces, spanning from conceptual design to wireframing to seamless developer hand-off
Proficiency in the development of modern design systems including typography, iconography, colors, components and responsive layouts
Familiarity with essential UX methodologies like interviews, personas, and user story mapping
Experience using design software for wireframing & prototyping (eg. Miro, Figma & Adobe Suite)
Open-mindedness, empathy, a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to quality
Good written and spoken proficiency in German and English
