See the scope, outcomes, and working style expected so you can self-qualify quickly.

This role sits at the intersection of discovery, workflow design, and business understanding. You will work with customer teams, map how their operations run today, and shape how IMMAGINE AI should solve the problem in a way that can actually be deployed.

Shape the first version of customer engagements and define where automation can create the most value.

Translate operational pain points into scoped, prioritized delivery plans for engineering and product teams.

Help customers move from interest in AI to a practical implementation path with clear constraints and outcomes.

What you will own

Lead discovery sessions with operators, managers, and stakeholders.

Document workflows, bottlenecks, system dependencies, and approval points.

Convert findings into clear solution framing, delivery phases, and success criteria.

Work with engineering and product to align technical design with business priorities.

Support customers through pilot design, rollout planning, and iteration cycles.

What we think will help you succeed

You can structure messy business problems into something actionable.

You communicate clearly with both non-technical stakeholders and product teams.

You have experience in consulting, operations, automation, or solution design.

You are comfortable owning scope, ambiguity, and client-facing conversations.

How you will work

You will work closely with founders, engineers, and customers.

You will influence how we package delivery and prioritize what gets built next.
