Global Senior EHS Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Lead and standardize global EHS programs with focus on laser safety and cleanroom environments
Ensure compliance with international regulations (ANSI, OSHA, IEC, ISO) across all sites
Act as Laser Safety Officer (LSO) or oversee site LSOs
Drive audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations in high‑risk environments
Partner with Engineering and Operations to integrate safety into processes
Monitor EHS KPIs and report performance to senior leadership
Lead and develop global EHS teams and drive a strong safety culture
Support sustainability and environmental compliance initiatives

Your profile:

Degree in EHS, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of EHS experience in high‑tech or manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of laser safety, cleanroom standards, and international regulations
Experience implementing EHS programs across multiple sites globally
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English; willingness to travel internationally (~30%)
