We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to build and grow Jobbatical’s presence across the DACH region.

As our Account Executive for the German (DACH) market, you will take 100% ownership of hunting, building, and securing our regional pipeline from the ground up. This is a pure hunter role. We are not looking for an account manager to cultivate existing business; we need an ambitious, highly connected sales builder who will leverage their own pre-existing network of regional HR leaders to establish Jobbatical’s foothold in Germany.

You will own the complete, high-velocity sales cycle - from prospecting your own targets and using regional events as hooks to running discovery and closing high-value enterprise accounts.

About Jobbatical:

Our team is on a mission to make moving to a new country as easy as booking a flight. The best way to do that is by making the hardest part of relocating to another country - immigration - ridiculously easy.

We are using AI and automation to make the employee visa and relocation process faster and less expensive, so businesses can hire whoever they want, from wherever they want. Jobbatical today is the go-to immigration and relocation partner for tech startups and traditional companies alike. We help clients like N26, Pipedrive, and Perk to relocate people to 30+ countries and are backed by some of the best investors in the world including Union Square Ventures, Inventure, Karma VC, Swiss Post Ventures, et al.

Your key responsibilities:

Build Your Own Pipeline: Take full responsibility for mapping, prospecting, and outbound outreach to build a robust pipeline from scratch. There is no passive relying on existing accounts - you are the engine of your own success.
Leverage Your HR Rolodex: Immediately activate your pre-existing warm connections with People Ops, HR Directors, and C-Suite decision-makers across Germany to book discovery calls.
Execute Event-Led Sales: Collaborate closely with our Event Manager to drive your priority prospects to exclusive regional compliance breakfasts and executive webinars (e.g., in Berlin, Munich, or Frankfurt), using these high-value sessions as low-friction conversion hooks.
Deliver High-Impact Demos: Run deeply consultative discovery and product presentations, helping German HR teams understand how Jobbatical's automated platform removes the compliance and operational friction of global relocation.
Maintain Pipeline Hygiene: Manage your Pipedrive pipeline with absolute discipline, keeping close-dates and deal stages highly accurate to support reliable forecasting, while protecting company margins through commercial adherence.

What helps you to succeed in this role:

3+ years of B2B SaaS/Services sales experience strictly within HR Tech, HR Services, WorkTech, or Global Mobility in the German market.
A strong, active, and pre-existing Rolodex of HR directors and People Ops decision-makers in Germany (DACH region). You must be able to open doors on day one.
The Hunter Mindset: A proven track record of starting with a blank sheet of paper and building a high-value pipeline. You are highly comfortable picking up the phone, running personalized manual multi-channel outbound, and overcoming complex objections.
Native or business-fluent German (C2 level) paired with professional fluency in English.
Startup Autonomy: High Task-Relevant Maturity. You thrive in a lean, fast-moving, and 100% remote environment where you are expected to be an owner, not an operator.
