The Role

This is a strategic enterprise sales role focused on winning new enterprise customers in the German market.

You will own the full sales cycle - from identifying and developing opportunities through negotiation and closing - working with some of Germany’s top enterprises and enterprise-grade Mittelstand companies.

This is not a high-volume transactional AE role. Our sales cycles are complex, multi-stakeholder, and often span several months. You will need to build relationships at C-level, navigate complex organizational hierarchies, create internal champions, and demonstrate clear business value.

You will also play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy for Germany.

What You'll Do

Account Strategy & Execution: Own and develop a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts in Germany.
Pipeline Generation: Build and execute tailored account plans, drive proactive prospecting, and build a robust deal pipeline.
Executive Relationship Building: Establish trusted relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders across HR, Internal Communications, IT, and Digital Workplace functions.
Complex Deal Management: Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and departments.
Value & ROI Selling: Develop compelling business cases articulating the clear ROI and strategic value of LumApps.
Executive Workshops & Demos: Run executive-level discovery sessions, tailored presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Internal Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional teams including Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Partner channels.
RFP & Competitive Positioning: Manage RFP/RFI processes and position LumApps effectively against established competitors in the Employee Experience and Digital Workplace ecosystem.
Partner Ecosystem: Build strong relationships with strategic partners, local IT consultancies, and system integrators in the DACH market.
Account Expansion: Identify opportunities to scale initial deployments into broader, enterprise-wide adoption.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced enterprise seller with strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of closing deals in the German market.

Key Qualifications

7+ years of B2B SaaS / Enterprise Technology sales experience selling into large enterprise accounts.
Proven track record of winning complex new-business deals with high ACV (€100k+).
Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
Strong C-level selling skills and confident executive presence.
A hunter mindset: proactive in creating pipeline and generating new business opportunities.
Ability to map out and navigate complex corporate decision-making units (HR, IT, Communications, Digital).
Fluency in German (native/business-fluent) and English is required.

Nice to Have

Experience selling Employee Experience, Modern Intranet, Digital Workplace, Collaboration, or HR Tech software.
Experience selling to DAX 40 / MDAX / major enterprise organizations in Germany.
Experience selling AI-enabled SaaS solutions.
An existing network of system integrators and strategic consultancy partners in the DACH region.

The Mindset We're Looking For

Proactive: You create opportunities; you don't wait for them.
Value-Focused: You sell business outcomes and strategic impact, not just features.
Multi-Threader: You understand that enterprise deals are won by building deep relationships across multiple departments.
AI-Curious: You are eager to learn how AI is transforming Employee Experience and can hold credible conversations about it with executives.
Owner Mentality: You take full accountability for your territory, pipeline, and results.

We aim to celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
