The analyst programme takes two to three years, during which you will learn about traditional and alternative investments. Based on a combination of qualitative and quantitative analyses, you will build a wide skill set to evaluate different risk and return profiles across asset classes. The goal of the analyst programme is the promotion to investment manager.

Strong academic credentials from a good university (bacherlor's or master's degree)
1-3 years of relevant investment, consulting, banking or similar experience
Interest in traditional and alternative investments
Excellent oral and written English and German language skills
Robust Microsoft Office skills
Willing to relocate to the beautiful city of Munich
Willing to travel (20-30%)
