About the Opportunity: A Legacy Launch with MML Hospitality

Nestled at the base of Aspen Mountain, the iconic Mountain Chalet Aspen is preparing to throw open its doors once again. Launching across October and November 2027 , we are completely revitalizing this 1954 landmark through a massive $100M modern luxury transformation.

Operated by MML Hospitality —acclaimed for creating some of the country’s most vibrant, design-forward restaurants, retail spaces, and boutique hotels (like New Orleans’ Hotel Saint Vincent and New York's Nine Orchard)—this project blends historic alpine soul with MML’s signature elevated style.

As the General Manager , you will be the captain of this monumental launch. Supported by MML’s robust home-office resources, you will own the pre-opening strategy, financial performance, brand delivery, and ongoing operations of what is destined to become Aspen’s premier luxury boutique destination. This is a career-defining opportunity for a visionary leader to introduce a new standard of hospitality to one of the world's most competitive luxury markets.
